At first remove the power connections from your computer. Open out from CPU. See the 24 pin power cable or motherboard connector carefully. Find out the Green cable. Here is an One or single Green cable on the connector.

1. Short the pin 15 and pin 16
2. Pin 15 is Black and Pin 16 is Green
3. Connect the AC power on the power supply
4. If any other switch present on the power supply back part, On the switched
5. Power supply cooling fan is working.
6. Power supply is powered on and it’s OK for working.

Here is pin number 15  (Black) is common and pin number 16 (Green) is power on.
