1. Open the Microsoft Word 2010 or Office 2010

3. Click the icon ( that is paragraph mark ) Just the right bottom corner of the images. It will so little and like a shadow. But more essential.
4. Click Indents and spacing
5. Spacing:-
(a) Before
(b) After
(c) Line spacing :-
(i) single (ii) double (iii) 1.5 (iv) At ( you can set your own choice )
6. Click OK
By the default :- (a) Before and After are both “0” value
(b) Line spacing “Single” value
If it was not set by you then you need to set the line by pressing the both key within a time that is ” Shift + Enter ”
